摘要 目的:探讨Ki-67、VEGF、CD34在乳腺癌中的表达及与病理类型之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对79例乳腺癌和34例乳腺良性病变的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34表达进行检测。结果:乳腺良性病变中的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34阳性率分别为53.1%、78.6%和100%;乳腺癌中的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34阳性率分别为75.6%、80.9和100%。乳腺良性病变中Ki-67、VEGF的表达水平与乳腺癌中的表达水平之间存在明显差异,CD34不存在明显差异;Ki-67、VEGF的阳性率和表达水平在低度恶性肿瘤与高度恶性肿瘤中存在明显差别,并且与肿瘤分化程度密切相关,CD34的阳性率和表达水平在低度恶性肿瘤和高度恶性肿瘤中不存在差异;Ki-67、VEGF阳性率和表达水平在淋巴结未转移组和转移组之间存在明显差别,VEGF表达与淋巴结转移之间存在密切相关,CD34阳性率和表达水平在淋巴结未转移和淋巴结转移组之间不存在明显差别;Ki-67与VEGF、VEGF与CD34表达之间存在密切相关。结论:Ki-67、VEGF、CD34与乳腺癌的病理参数之间存在密切相关,联合检测是制定乳腺癌治疗方案和预后估计的重要依据,是对传统的激素受体检测的有力补充。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki-67,VEGF,CD34 in 79 cases with breast cancer,34 eases with benign illness and their clinical characters. Methods: Examine the expression of Ki-67,VEGF,CD34 in 79 cases with breast cancers and 34 cases with benign illness by immunohistochemistory. Results: The positive rates of Ki-67, VEGF, CD34in benign illness were 53.1%, 78.6% and 100% . Those of breast cancer were 75.6% ,80.9% and 100% respectively. The expressions of Ki-67,VEGF, CD34 in benign illness have significant difference compared with those of breast cancer(P= 0. 014, P= 0. 035, P= 0. 042). The expressions of Ki-67 in all benign illness,low degree malignant cancer were lower than those of invasive cancer,node matastsis eases. The expression of VEGF has no association with histology type, the degree of differentiation but has association with node matastsis. The expression of CD34 was lower in low degree malignat cancer than that of invasive cancer,node matastsis. The expressions of Ki-67 ,VEGF have significant association(r=0. 897). The expressions of Ki-67 ,CD34 have no significant association. The expressions of VEGF,CD34 have significant association(r=0. 914). Conclusion: The examination of Ki-67, VEGF,CD34 has important implications in treating breast cancer and its prognosis.
