摘要
集料形状对混凝土的性能具有极其重要的影响。确定集料棱角的传统方法是通过堆积密度法进行测量,但该法费时费力。提出了一种将傅立叶分析方法应用于不同成因的混凝土集料形状的描述。提出了完全不同于传统定义(即圆度或环形度)的新的形状参数,即表面光洁度和纹理来描述集料形状。结果表明,傅立叶分析方法可以有效且高效地区分不同的集料类型及其形状特征。
The particle sizes and shapes of aggregate have an extremely important effect on the properties of concrete. The traditional way of determining its edges is measurement by density accumulating method. However, this method is much too effort- consuming and time - consuming, so that a description is made about how to apply the Fu's Analyzing Method to the sizes and shapes of concrete aggregate caused by different causes. And completely different from the traditional definition, a new shape parameter (that is, the roundness and circularity)is raised, by which the aggregate's sizes and shapes is described by the surface smoothness and grain. The result of this research indicates that by Fu 's Method, the different types of aggregate and its characteristic sizes and shapes can be distinguished effectively and efficiently.
