摘要
根据塔克拉玛干沙漠南缘气象参数的特点,基于经济性及研究目的,确定了环境模拟实验室温度的技术指标。根据模拟对象温度的特点,在组态王软件二次开发的基础上,采用PID控制技术,实现了环境模拟实验室的计算机控制。模拟试验结果表明,模拟对象的技术指标达到了设计要求,即温度范围为-10-50℃,精度为±0.5℃。在温度环境模拟中,不仅能进行恒温控制,还能根据所需要的工作曲线在要求的精度下进行变温运行。
According to atmospheric phenomena characters in the south edge of the Taklamakan desert, study objectives and economy based technical index of temperature is determined in the simulated environment laboratory. On bases of re-development of ZUTAIKING software, a technology of the PID and PLC control is adopted to make the temperature environment simulated by computer. The results of the experiment simulations show that the technological factors can satisfy the design requirement (range of temperature from - 10℃ to 50℃ with precision ± 0.5℃ ). Not only the control mode of constant temperature operating can be realized with the facility, but also a control mode that is based on a required daily temperature curve can be accomplished with a specified precision.
