摘要
主要研究了2-乙氧基-4,6-二羟基嘧啶的改进合成路线。用含有HCl的乙醇与单氰胺反应合成氧乙基异脲盐酸盐(简称异脲盐),异脲盐脱HCl后与丙二酸二乙酯反应制得2-乙氧基-4,6-二羟基嘧啶(简称嘧啶醇)。嘧啶醇的反应温度必须维持在-10℃以下,试验完全要求在隔绝空气的条件下进行;本中间体对合成高效、低毒、低残留农药氯酯磺草胺具有重要作用。
The meliorate line of synthesizing 2-ethoxy-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine was presented. Ethanol which contains hydrogen choloride and cynaoamide were selected as the initial reactant to synthesize 2-ethoxy-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine. The reaction must be kept at - 10℃, treated with diethyl malonate in the presence of sodium ethylate, The whole experiment must be kept at vacuum. It is important to synthesize the pesticide which is high efficiency, little toxin and few residue.
