摘要
外语教学的成功与否在很大的程度上取决于教师的教学方法和教学模式。本文针对目前我国大学英语教学现状,分析了传统教学对英语教学的影响,提出了在大学英语教改中实施个性化教学模式的必要性和实施策略。
The efficiency of EFL teaching is largely determined by teacher＇ s teaching methods and teaching models. Based on the present situation of college English teaching, the article analyses the shortcomings in traditional teaching method and puts forward the necessity and teaching strategies of carrying out the personalized teaching model in the current English teaching reform.
