高校游泳场馆建设经营管理的实践与思考

高校体育游泳场馆的建设作为体育设施的一部分,是培养人、教育人、塑造人的基地,应该从院校本身的使用功能实际要求出发,结合学校的实际规模、课程设置、教学训练、综合利用等方面全面考虑。首先要合理定位院校游泳场馆的主体功能是为本校教师及学生教学训练和课余体育锻炼使用,也能举办一定规模的比赛,同时也要考虑面向家属、面向体育爱好者开放,提高体育设施的利用率,增加经济效益。因此,实现多功能、节能环保,最大限度地提高使用效率,降低运行成本为基本点。运行管理必须适合学校的特殊情况,建立一套科学的、切实有效的、人性化的文明式管理模式。

University natatorium is a base for training, educating and cultivating the students＇ characters. As a part of sports facilities, the construction of it should be based on practical request of utilization function combined with overall consideration involving scale, curriculum, training and multipurpose utilization. Foremost, we should make it clear that the main function of university natatorium is to be used as a place for training, in which competitions ou certain scale also can be held. At the same time, in order to make good use of sports facilities and increase profit, we have to consider opening it to relatives of teaching staff and amateurs. Thus, multi- functional realization, energy source saving, environment protection as well as improvement for getting utmost efficiency and decreasing costs must be treated as a base for administration. A successful administration must adapt to special circumstances, so that a human - based and civilized scientific managing system can be set up.
