105例富细胞性子宫肌瘤的临床病理分析

Analysis on Clinic-histopathoiogical Characteristics in 105 Cellular Uterine Leiomyoma

目的分析富细胞性子宫平滑肌瘤(CUL)的临床病理特点,以指导临床的诊断和治疗。方法对105例手术后病理确诊为CUL患者的临床病理资料、超声图像和随访情况进行分析。结果所有患者均以月经改变为主要症状,10例出现体重减轻,9例曾使用激素治疗;镜下平滑肌细胞丰富,核分裂少见,每10个高倍视野少于5个;B超影像以等回声和低回声多见;行肌瘤剔除术的复发率高。结论CUL的临床表现与一般子宫肌瘤相似,B超检查对术前诊断有一定帮助,CUL适宜行全子宫切除。

Objective To study the clinic-histopathological characteristics of cellular uterine leiomyoma （CUL） for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of CUL. Methods 105 CUL patients were recruited, their clinicopathologic features, B-ultrasound test, therapy and recidivisms were analyzed. Results Menstruation changes were the main symptoms, 10 patients lose weight and 9 patients were used hormone therapy. Smooth muscle cells were plentiful, but karykinesis were seldom, it is less than 5 per 10 highpower field. As to B-ultrasound test, most of patients showed equal and low level echo, and the recurrence rate in those patients who were treated with muscular tumor rejection was higher than that with other. Conclusions The clinical features of CUL were similar to ordinary uterine leiomyoma patients, B-ultrasound test can help to diagnosis CUL before operation, and as to CUL patients, we prefer to hysterectomia.
