神经导航引导显微手术切除大脑半球囊性病变

摘要 目的探讨神经导航技术引导显微手术切除大脑半球囊性病变的价值。方法回顾性分折16例大脑半球囊性病变,术前行MRI检查,并在神经导航引导显微手术切除病变,术后结合临床和MRI影像学评价;16例患者中,胶质瘤11例,转移瘤2例,脑内神经鞘瘤1例,血管网织细胞瘤1例,蛛网膜囊肿1例。结果14例病变全切除,2例病变次全切除;15例原有症状术后改善,1例术后瘫痪加重。结论神经导航定位精确,对术前计划和术中引导有价值。
