摘要
针对机器视觉系统中曲面孔系坐标的测量,除用传统的三坐标测量机和万能工具显微镜进行测量外,本文还提出了一种光电检测的方法,并对这3种方法进行了分析和比较。
Refer to the measurement of hole series coordinates on curved surface in the machine vision system, a kind of photoelectric detection has been provided, except the traditional measurement of CMM and universal tool microscope, and we put three methods into analysis and comparision.
