摘要
设计了基于嵌入式系统的温度控制器。这种控制器是基于飞利浦半导体公司的P89LPC936微控制器、PC机和Visual C++程序设计语言的基础上,实现了低成本高精度的温度控制器设计方案。实现嵌入式系统对挤出机温度进行实时控制和通过PC机对过往数据的读取以及目标温度的设定。采用模糊控制原理的温度控制算法提高了系统的稳定性和温度控制精度,在实验条件下温度波动小于1℃,成本降低50%。可以取代传统控制,满足塑料机械的控制精度、可靠性及效率工艺要求。
This paper introduces a design of an embedded system based temperature controller. It based on Philips semiconductor's P89LPC936 MCU. PC and Visual C++ program language. It achieves a low cost and high precision temperature controller design. It support not only using embedded system to control the heater and fans but also a PC can be used to download data from the temperature controller and upload set data to it. The fuzzy PID control method is a good way to solve the complex system control problem. The controller shows a good performance in my demo system.
