基于递归查询的挣得值法在项目管理软件开发中的应用

Application of earned value management in developing project management software based on recursive query

针对目前项目管理中,进度与成本不能很好协调监控的问题,以挣得值法为理论基础,使用递归算法展开工作分解结构树(WBS),在最底层节点安排成本要素,进而累加计算出挣得值法3个基本值,并在项目管理软件中实现直观的视图显示,为协调工程项目成本、进度提供工具,对项目的实际进展情况进行明确的测定与衡量。

Project management is always troubled by the combined monitoring of project cost and schedule. Based on the theory of earned value management, recursive query is utilized to expand the tree of work breakdown structure（WBS ）. Cost factors are arranged to the bottom nodes of the WBS, and then three key process variables of earned value management are figured out and intuitively displayed on the interface of project management software to realize the combined monitoring of project cost and schedule. Good results are obtained and the process of project management can be controlled effectively.
