针对目前蚊香行业生产工艺现状,设计研制一喷药设备。本文阐述了该机工作原理,指出该机在设计、制作、选材等方面的优点,主要采用优质不锈钢,在制作中大量采用折边,并与原工艺进行分析比较,对驱蚊效果进行分析讨论。指出新设备在提高驱蚊效果、减小厂家资金周转压力、提高成品合格率、降低生产成本、提高生产率等方面大大优于原工艺。

According to the present condition about produce technology in incensing mosquito trade, the author designs a kind of equipment for spouting liquid medicine. The paper briefly comments about the principle, and points out the advantage during design, make , and choose material, at the same time compare to previous technology .Comparing with the effects, the paper points out the equipment is better for it＇s incensing mosquito, reducing costs, improving rate speed.
