摘要
依据所提出的变电站保护系统的建模框架,分析了IEC 61850和IEC 61970这2个标准的建模能力。针对控制中心和变电站应用的实际情况,明确了这2个标准在保护系统建模方面需要协调的内容和层次:针对原理层,IEC 61970需要增加量测和保护设备的关联,还需要扩展新的保护设备模型;对于设计层,应在IEC 61970中增加一个与IEC 61850的逻辑节点对应的基类,并以它为基础扩展和量测与设计层模型相关的数据类;对于实现层,建议对IEC 61970中的远程终端单元(RTU)类进行扩展,并增加与远程设定和服务器相关的类。
Based on the modeling framework introduced, an analysis is made of the IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 standard series, which focuses on their abilities of modeling. In view of the specific characteristics of substation and control center application, the levels and scopes to be coordinated are provided: for the principal level, it is suggested that the association between the measuring and protecting equipment, as well as some new data models for the protecting equipment, be added; for the design level, a basic data model in conformity with the IEC 61850' s logical node be added, along with its necessary derivations that are needed to describe the solution at the design level; for the implementation level, the extension to RTU model in IEC 61970 is inevitable, and a new model with respect to remote setting and server should also be added.
