摘要
为满足超大型物料运输的需要,在原2641S型牵引车上增加前驱动桥和分动箱,将其从6×4形式改成6×6形式,并将驱动桥速比从5.26提高到7.63以增加牵引力。但改进后该车在使用过程中经常出现离合器早期损坏现象。采用TC541液力变矩器+4700机械式变速器组成的液力传动系统取代了原来的机械传动系统。对采用液力变矩器的可行性进行了分析,并给出了有关参数的计算结果。
In order to meet the transportation requirement of bulky cargo,we add front driving axle and transfer case to the tractor 264IS,refit the tractor from 6×4 to 6×6,and enhance the driving axle ratio from 5.26 to 7.63 to increase traction force.But the clutch of the tractor often appears early damage in the course of usage.We apply TC541 torque converter + 4700 mechanical gearbox to replace the previous mechanical transmission system.We also analyze the feasible and give the calculation results of relative parameters.
