摘要
介绍了一种能装于简易型保险杠横梁内部的分层吸能式保险杠,该保险杠具有较高的吸能能力,吸能曲线宽而平坦,是一种较理想的吸能结构。通过仿真分析和正交优化设计可知该保险杠各构件的壁厚是影响其吸能能力的主要因素。
A hierarchical energy - absorbing car bumper which can be installed in the simple bumper is introduced. With a better energy - absorbing ability and a fiat broad energy - absorbing curve, the bumper is an ideal energy- absorbing structure. Simulation analysis and orthngonal optimal design indicated that thickness of the bumper' s components is the main factors affecting the energy - absorbing ability of the bumper.
