摘要
论述了以环件辗扩理论、试验及实践经验为设计理论基础,运用VC++在UG平台上开发环件辗扩的CAPP系统,避免了人工设计、校核、验证以及绘制图形所带来的复杂性。该CAPP系统界面友好,操作简单,实现了减小环件辗扩的设计周期和提高设计准确性的目标,并且绘制图形速度快。还给出了相应的实例。
The article discuss that it develops a ring rolling CAPP system to use the VC + + and UG/ OPEN on the basis of ring rolling theory, test and practice experience. It can avoid the complexity which is produced by the artificial design, validate and protracting, the interface of this system is good and easy to operate. It can reduce the period of ring rolling design and improve the veracity of the design. It increases the speed of the protracting. And a design example is also provided in the article.
