As an important part of the networked manafacturing platform based on ASP （Application Service Provider）, the developmental trend of Billing System has recetved more ana more attention of the application service provider carriers. Through the study on Billing System, this thesis firstly introduces the status in quo and existent problems of Billing System of networked manufacturing platform. Then it analyses the key technologies of billing syste~ At last, it points out the characteristics and prospect of billing system in future.
