Experimental research on proton exchange membrane fuel cells for vehicles

摘要 文章介绍了500 W质子交换膜燃料电池性能试验,考察了电池气体流道占反应面积的相对体积质量大小、电堆温度、反应气压力、反应气增湿温度及过量系数对电池电压的影响,测得各节单电池的电压分布规律。为适应车用动力源的需要,对电堆进行了大负荷长时间运行试验,测定电堆效率,分析其影响因素。 The experiments are done on performance of 500 W proton exchange membrane fuel cells. The effects of the ratio between the gas channel and the rib, stack temperature, pressure of reactant gas, humidification temperature and the stoichiometric ratio on the voltage of the cells are investigated. Distribution of unit cell voltage is measured. In order to examine the adaptability of the cells to vehicle utilization, long-time and heavy load experiment is carried out, and then the stack efficiency is determined and the influencing factors are analyzed.
