Cultivating High-Quality Graduate Students of Laboratory Medicine to Meet Clinical Requirements

检验医学作为新兴学科具有独立的学科结构及明确发展的方向，而检验医学研究生综合素质的培养是学科发展的前提和基础。本文从树立学科观念、临床科室轮转、研究课题设计、研究生班建立及科研课题申报等5个方面对检验医学研究生综合素质培养进行了阐述和分析。

Laboratory medicine, a newly emerging discipline, has its independent disciplinary structure and clear development orientation. Producing high-quality graduate students of laboratory medicine is the basis and precondition of its development. In this article, we expound on cultivating the comprehensive quality of the graduates in five aspects： disciplinary concept, rotation of clinical study, research design, setting up classes for the graduate students, and application for research projects.
