福建割手密的染色体研究

Studies on the Chromosome of Saccharum spontaneum from Fujian

从选用的福建各地采集的割手密21个无性系体细胞染色体计数结果：其体细胞染色体数目有2n=72、80、84、88、92、96、102七种类型，可以看出福建割手密的种内变异是很丰富的，其中2n=80和96两种类型出现的频率最高，2n=80分布最广，适应性最强。染色体数目有从闽西、北向闽东、南增多的趋好。

There are 7 tgnes of somatic chromosome numbers (2N) occurred in 21 clones of Saccharum spontaneum collected in various locations in Fujian Province, i. e. , 2N =72, 80,84,88, 92, 96 and 102. It is apparent that the intraspecific vatiations of S spontaneumare very rich. Of which the highest fequencc appears in 2N = 80 and 96. There is plenty of distribution with strong adaptability in the type of 2N = 80. The tendency for an inctease in somatic chromosome number of clones of S. Spontaneum is from southeastern to northwestern Fujian.
