There exists formalism in some of universities and colleges in China. It is necessary to acquire an idea of seeking the truth and being pragmatic, to change the leaders＇ working style of bureaucracy, to keep selfish desire with perfect system and to overcome formalism in order to propel the development of universities and colleges.
