摘要
中国的电子政务取得了有目共睹的成绩,但也存在不少问题。文章在深入分析这些问题的基础上,提出统筹协调、搞好规划;阶段推进、重点突破;体制创新、产业连动;完善法制、加强培训等解决措施。
