摘要
随着体育运动的发展和人们对其问题的重视程度的加大,基层体育的发展也开始不断地被人们所关注,但我们也清楚地看到我们的高水平运动员大多是在初中后半段或者是高中阶段开始发展,并在短时间内挖掘其潜能而得来的。短时期内的训练尽管是系统的训练并让其达到较高的水平,但在对运动员潜力的挖掘上是不够的,也是不科学的,所以我们的运动员在进入高一级学校进行深造时,其可塑性便大大降低了。随着科学的日益发展,训练方法的更加科学化、系统化、客观化,要创造出优异的成绩,科学地进行选材尤其是运动员初级阶段的科学选材便显示出了无比重要的作用。
With the sport development and people's high recognition on it, the sports development at grass roots also attracted people's attention continuously. However, our elite athletes began to develop at later stage of junior high school and beginning of senior high school, and their potential was developed in short-time. Although short-time training was systematic and made athlete reach the higher level, the athlete potential was not in fttUy development and lack of scientific research. Because of this, when our athletes made advanced study at high level of schools, their plasticity reduced greatly. Along with the development of science, the training method was more and more scientific, systematization and objectification. If wanted best performance, it is most important to do scientific talent selection, especially at early stage.
