摘要
本文就400米跑的训练方法提出了自己的观点和训练方法。在对灵敏、柔韧、力量、速度这四项素质的训练和跑速控制的感觉培养共五点问题进行研讨的基础上,提出了自己的运动训练观点。
This paper put forwarded the opinions and training method of 400m running training, Based on discussion on five points of training on agility, flexibility, strength and speed as well as the speed control, the author explained their training idea.
