不同类型手倒立动作的肌电变化特征分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用肌电图学与运动学对天津体操队男子运动员完成的自由体操、双杠和吊环三种类型手倒立动作进行了同步分析,结果表明:不同类型手倒立动作在完成过程中,主要参与调控身体平衡肌群的肌电变化存在差异性(P<0.05)。据此,提出了针对这三种类型手倒立动作的训练方法,旨在为今后体操运动员的训练提供参考。 By the methods of eleetromyography and kinematics, this paper analyzed the bandstands in floor exercise, parallel bars and rings movements which accomplished by the male gymnastics from Tianjin sports school. The result showed that the eleetromyography data reaction of the mean working muscles of control body balance is diversity (p〈0.05) between the three kinds handstands during aeeomplish movements by players. According to it the paper provided three kinds training methods about everyone handstands. Meanwhile it offered many training information to the handstand events of gymnast.
