企业以人为本就是以劳动者为本。公有制企业的经营管理,应建立在明确和落实劳动者的社会主体地位即主人地位、不断提高劳动者素质和技能的基础上,促进劳动者身体素质、文化技能素质和思想道德素质的全面发展,和依照自己的意愿、志趣、天赋条件以及社会需要自由发展,发挥各自的专长。
The enterprise take human being as fundamental are take the labouror as fundamental. The public ownership enterprise management should build up the foundation to make definite and implement the society main body position of the labourer, The master position, and continuous improve the skilled and technical ability of the labourer, and it can improve labourer overall development, such as body, ability and ideal moral character, and oneself development such as desire, interest, inborn and society need.
