摘要
上世纪七十年代“胜任特征”的概念提出以来,有关胜任特征的研究与应用越来越引起人们的关注。从胜任特征的概念出发,对西方学者有关管理人员胜任特征模型的研究及其他领域胜任特征研究的成果进行了简单的综述,指出了目前存在的问题以及对今后研究的展望。
Since the concept of 'competency' was raised in 1970s, more and more researchers have paid much attention to the study and practice of competency. Beginning with the concept of competency, it takes a review of the western study of managers' competency models and their application in other fields. Moreover, it raises some important questions and leads to prospects for further study.
