An Agriculture-based Approach: The Sustainable Development Pattern of the Rural Enterprises in the Central China

中部地区必须认清农业主产区的特殊性,切实根据区域资源禀赋特点、比较优势及市场需求变动趋势,矫正“逆比较优势”的产业选择偏差,由传统的“纯工业”发展模式转换为“以农为本”的发展模式,重点发展与农业关联度高的工业门类,使区域内丰富密集的农业资源和人力资源优势转化为工业经济优势,努力打造具有区域特色的、城乡互补的产业结构和具有竞争优势的特色产品加工制造产业链,真正形成以工促农、以城带乡的长效机制。这是破解“三农”难题,实现中部崛起和区域经济协调发展的必由之路。

The central part region wants to get away from the stagnating rural industrialization in stalemate,must recognize the special characteristics of agrieuhural production area.Practically according to the characteristics of regional natural resources, comparative advantages and the changing tendency of market demand ,corrects ＂ inverse comparative advantages＇of industrial choice deviation. The development mode could be developed by traditional＂ pure industry＂ mode converted to the＂ putting agriculture first＂. This also is the solution on ＂ three agricultures＂ hard , and the necessary way that realizes the central part region rising and moderates the development with the district economy.
