摘要
分析了轧钢工序在中国钢铁工业能源消耗中所占的比例和轧钢工序先进节能技术的使用效果;阐述了改造节能技术的途径;指出了在当前轧钢生产中需普及应用高温热送、节能型加热炉、低温轧制、工艺优化、热轧工艺润滑、在线热处理等节能降耗技术,同时开发应用直接轧制、无头轧制等技术。随先进节能技术的推广应用,国内轧钢工序吨钢能耗指标将会大幅度降低。
The renovation methods for energy saving are discussed by analyzing the energy consumption in steel rolling system and in whole steel industry. The advanced energy saving technologies in steel rolling to be applied and spreaded are described, such as high temperature hot charging, energy-saving reheating furnace, low temperature rolling, optimization of rolling processing, lubrication technology for hot rolling, on line heat--treatment etc.. The direct rolling and endless rolling technology should be developed and exploited. With the application of advanced energy-saving technologies, the unit energy consumption will obviously decreased in steel rolling,
