Analysis on Role of Business Administrator in Contemporary Enterprises

以济钢为实例,详细分析了现代企业经营管理者在企业发展中的重要作用;提出了在瞬息万变的市场竞争环境下经营管理者应是企业的决策者、创新者、不确定性承担者和协调者,即对事关企业生存与发展的战略问题进行决策、引领企业创新、承担不确定性风险和协调企业内外各种关系。

Taking Jinan Iron and steel Group General Corporation （Jigang） as an example, the author analyzes the contribution of general manager Lichangshun and other administrators to Jigang＇s great development. Based on this, the author puts forward that under the environment of volatile competitive market, contemporary enterprise administrator should ascertain their own role in enterprises. They should act as decision-maker, innovator, uncertainty undertaker, and coordinator, i.e. making strategic decision related to enterprise subsistence and development, leading innovation, undertaking uncertainty risk and coordinating internal and ekternal relationship.
