摘要
本实验采用高岭土填充到NR/SBR中,研究其补强效果,结果表明:填充高温煅烧高岭土后产品拉断强度为12.95MPa,优于填充未煅烧时的5.72MPa;高岭土粒径越小,补强效果越好;改性高岭土明显优于苏州高岭土和轻质碳酸钙,与炭黑相比,补强效果相当。
In this study, kaolin was used as a kind of filler to NR/SBR, The physical property of rubber filled with kaolin was studied. It was found that for NR/SBR the tensile strength filled by high temperature burned kaolin is 12.95MPa, and it is better than filled by unburned kaolin.the tensile strength of which is 5.72MPa. Compared with Suzhou kaolin and light calcium carbonate, modified kaolin is obviously better. Compared with carbon black, it has similar effects.
