以欧姆龙C200HE型PLC为例,详细介绍它在云母造纸设备上的应用,包括机型选择I、/O点的地址分配、不同功能程序的实现以及模拟量和数字量转换过程中模拟量和数字量之间对应的关系,并对在使用模拟量单元MAD01时的通道设置和输入信号范围设置等问题一并进行了详细的讨论。
In this paper the OMRON C200HE controller is taken as example to introduce its application in the mica-paper production,which includes the choice of controller type,the address distribution of I/O points and the realization of programming for different functions.ln the transformation process of simulated data and digit data.the corresponding relations between twodata,the establishments for the passageways of simulated data unit MAD01 and the range of input signals and so on are also discussed.
