石棉胶乳抄取板抄造工艺条件对强度的影响研究

Effects of Technology Conditions on Tensile Strength of Asbestos Latex Sheets

经过对生产工艺条件,即湿部化学品的添加顺序、加入CPAM后搅拌转速与时间、滤网目数的大小三个因素对抄取板强度的影响研究,结果表明,湿部化学品按填料、胶黏剂、配合剂的顺序加入,加入CPAM后在1500r/min的转速下搅拌1min,然后在120目的滤网上抄片,此种条件下所得石棉胶乳抄取板的强度最高。

Influencing factors on tensile strength of the asbestos sheets were studied in the paper, especially the factors in papermaking process. It was shown that the tensile strength of the asbestos sheets reached maximum under the conditions that added filler, adhesive,compounding agent after refming, then mixed for 1min under the speed of revolution of 1500r/min,at last, made paper on filter screen of 120 mess.
