摘要
利用经典的细胞生物学染色方法显示细胞内DNA与RNA,在实际教学过程中出现与理论上有较大的偏差,经对染色方法进行改进并进行了多次比较实验,获得了较为理想的结果,该实验结果将为医学细胞生物学实验课教学提供一个良好的方法。加深学生对细胞内DNA与RNA分布的理解。
There is a big difference between the result and theory for traditional staining. The method has been improved to get the ideal result. The experimental result will offer a good way for medical cell biology experimental teaching to increase the understanding of the distribution of DNA and RNA.
