摘要
加强科技人力资源整合对国家重点实验室建设具有十分重要的意义。通过对国家重点实验室科技人力资源现状及其整合中存在问题的分析,提出了提高国家重点实验室整合科技人力资源能力的有关建议。
Strengthening science and technology human resources integration has the extremely vital significance to construction of state key laboratory. This article analyzed present situation and integration questions of science and technology human resources in state key laboratory and put forward some suggestions about inc^asing integration ability of science and technology human resources for state key laboratory.
