摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)FcγRⅡb、CD30的表达与辅助T细胞亚型(Th1/Th2)漂移在SLE发病机制中的作用。方法检测了129例SLE患者和30名健康对照者PBMCFcγRⅡb、Th1、Th2细胞以及血清sCD30;FcγRⅡb的检测采用流式细胞术,血清sCD30的检测采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),Th1、Th2细胞的检测采用免疫组化染色方法。结果SLE患者与健康对照者相比,PBMC FcγRⅡb的表达以及Th1细胞明显降低(P<0.01),而血清sCD30水平以及Th2细胞显著升高(P<0.01)。结论PBMC FcγRⅡb、CD30表达的变化以及Th1/Th2细胞漂移与SLE发病机制有关。
Objective To explore the contribution of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) expression of FcγRⅡb, CD30 and T help cells (Th1/Th2) in the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The PBMC expression of FcγRⅡb, serum sCD30 and Th1/Th2 cells were measured in 129 SLE patients and 30 healthy controls; FcγRⅡb was detected by flow cytometry and serum sCD30 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Th1/Th2 cells were detecled by immunohistochemical stainings. Results Comparing with healthy control group, the expressions of FcγRⅡb and Thl cells were significant lower in SLE patients (P 〈0.01 ). However the level of serum sCD30 and Th2 cells were significantly higher in SLE patients than that of healthy controls (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions The variation of FcγRⅡb, sCD30 expression and Th1/Th2 cells drift of peripheral blood mononuclcar cells is related with SLE.
