三维通孔网状结构不锈钢泡沫的前驱体制备

摘要 研究了具有三维通孔网状结构不锈钢泡沫的前驱体制备工艺。研究发现,将含不锈钢粉末与添加剂A的料浆灌入经预处理过的海绵中制成前驱体、然后再对前驱体实施烧结的工艺可制备出三维通孔性良好的不锈钢泡沫;海绵的预处理可保证料浆在海绵中的均匀分布;当料浆中的添加剂A与固含分别控制在9%~13%与52%-75%时,所得泡沫体的孔筋粗细均匀,且其三维通孔性良好;不锈钢粉末的粒度及前驱体中的料浆负载量对不锈钢泡沫抗弯强度与开孔率有较大的影响。 The preparation technology of precursor for stainless steel foam with 3-D network open cells structure was investigated, The experimental results showed that the stainless steel foam can be obtained by firstly preparing precursor by pouring the slurry containing stainless steel powder and additive A into the pretreated polyurethane sponge, and then sintering the precursor; the pretreatment of sponge was effective to ensure the slurry uniformly distribute in sponge; when the range of additive A concentration and solid content in slurry were 9% -13% and 52% -75% by weight respectively, The stainless steel foams with favorable 3-D open cells network structure and uniform muscles could be obtained the particle size of stainless steel powder and the slurry loadings in precursors had great effects on the open porosity and bending strength of stainless steel powder foam,
