摘要
利用渗硼介质吸收微波的特性成功地实现了钢铁表面渗硼层的制备,并与常规渗硼进行了比较,结果表明:微波场下渗层生长的硼原子来源于介质分解的硼原子及气态硼化物。渗层生长与常规渗层生长一样表现<002>晶向取向生长特征,微波渗硼的渗层生长速率比常规快,除温度效应外,还与微波提高硼原子活性加速硼原子在渗层的扩散有关。
The article reported a method of boronize medium absorbing microwave to fabricate boronize layer in the steel surface, and compares it with traditional boronize. The results indicated that the boron atoms for the development of boronlze layer were rooted in those produced by medium decomposition and gaseous boride, just like the traditional boronize. The growth of boronize layer in microwave was characteristic with 〈 002 〉 crystal orientation. Its growth rate of boronize layer was faster than that in traditional treatment. Besides temperature effect, growth rate was also influenced by activity boron atom in microwave diffusioning in boronize layer.
