摘要
设计了高活性湿排粉煤灰料浆的具体制备工艺。通过对料浆析水率、料浆粘度、净浆试件抗压强度及水化产物的SEM形貌分析,研究了机械湿磨和化学改性剂对湿排粉煤灰的联合活性激发效果。结果表明:用高活性湿排粉煤灰料浆所配制的净浆试件各龄期强度均超过同等掺量(30%)下的干排粉煤灰试件,经15~30min湿磨的料浆达到浆体稳定性指标,且流动性良好。
Preparation craft of high-activity wet-discharged fly-ash slurry was designed in this paper. The research on the asscciated activation effect of mechanical wet grinding and chemical modifier to wet-discharged fly-ash slurry was carried on. And the analysis of separated water ratio, viscidity, compressive strength of cement paste, SEM appearance of hydrated product were carried though. The results indicated that: strengths of cement paste that prepared by high-activity wet-discharged fly-ash slurry at various age were higher than strengths of cement paste prepared by pulverized fly-ash at the same quantity level (30 % ), wet-discharged fly-ash slurry after 15- 30 min wet grinding time could achieve stability criterion, and had favorable fluidity.
