摘要
活齿端面谐波齿轮是一种新型的传动机构,可以从根本上克服径向谐波齿轮传动中柔轮的变形与其承载能力之间的矛盾,能够大幅度地提高所传递的功率。文中根据活齿端面谐波齿轮啮合副修形后的齿面方程,分析了活齿在波发生器端面凸轮一个波上的运动状态,得出了活齿在修形段和未修形段的位移、速度和加速度的计算公式,为活齿端面谐波齿轮的运动参数设计与研究提供了理论依据。
The end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth was a new type of the spatial oscillating teeth transmission. It overcome the contradiction between the deformation and bearing capacity of the flexible wheel of the common harmonic gear drive, and it contained the advantages of the common harmonic gear drive and the oscillating teeth drive, but the transmitted power of the end face harmonic gear drive was enhanced enormously. According to the teeth surfaces' equations of each component after modification. The motion states of the oscillating teeth on the whole wave were analyzed. And bit shift, speed and acceleration expression were deduced in the condition of modification and no modification. It provided a theoretical for the motion parameters' design and research of the end face harmonic gear of oscillating teeth.
