摘要
将混凝土配比问题归结为一个确定需要拟合的数学方程,为了利用拟合的方法,将该方程进行线性化处理,使其变成一个标准的线性方程,通过对该方程使用似然估计的方法,通过对历史数据的分析,确定该方程的参数,从而建立一个完整的数学模型,最后在根据实际需要的混凝土强度,运用该数学模型,得到配合比。实践表明,该方法可以快速的处理数据,并且效果比其他智能方法更佳。
It was a new method of designing expert system that the likelihood inference was introduced into expert system based on the model. In this text, the question of concrete the proportion of concrete reduced to a mathematical formula which need to fit. In order to using the fitting method, the mathematical equation was linearized processing and turned into a standard linear equation and then by using likelihood estimate method and analyzing historical data to determines the parameter of the mathematical equation, it established a complete mathematical model. Finally the actual need concrete intensity using this math- ematical model obtained the mixture ratio, The practice indicated that this method might fast process data, and the effect was better than other intelligent methods.
