摘要
论述了在G市某计生部门应用新平衡记分卡进行绩效评估的整个实践过程,包括各指标体系的建立,权重的确定和评价值标准的设置,进一步验证了新平衡记分卡对我国行政管理部门绩效评估的实用性。
The paper discussed the whole practice process of new balance scorecard which was applied in the performance evaluation of some Human and Family Planning Department in Guangzhou, which included the building of each index system. the conformability of weighted index and the setting of the value standard. It went further to test the practicability of this new balance scorecard for the performance evaluation in our country's administration management.
