摘要
试验选择5月龄健康的小尾寒羊母羔15只,按脂肪酸钙添加量分为3个组.第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;2组和3组为试验组,每只每天在基础日粮中分别添加30 g和60 g的脂肪酸钙.结果表明:每只羔羊日粮中每天添加30 g和60 g脂肪酸钙,小尾寒羊日增重可分别提高25.40%(P>0.05)和47.44%(P<0.05),但脂肪酸钙对羊肉营养成分影响不显著.
In this experiment, 15 five-month-old healthy Small-tail Han sheep was divided into 3 groups according to the quantity of fatty acid calcium salt supplemented to dietary. The first group (control group) took the base dietary without fatty acid calcium salt. The second and the third groups were the experimental groups and respectively supplemented 30 and 60 g/(sheep · day) fatty acid calcium salts in dietary. The results indicated that supplementing 30 and 60 g/(sheep · day) fatty acid calcium salt could increase the average daily gain(ADG). The groups treated with 30 and 60 g/(sheep · day) fatty acid calcium salt in- creased ADG by 25.40 % (P〉0.05) and 47.44 % (P〈0.05) ,but the mutton nutrition ingredients were not influenced by fatty acid calcium salt.
