摘要 本文使用八个案例,主要介绍了作者多年来在被动元器件领域的工作经验和体会,以及遇到的元器件典型失效分析和改进方法,从元器件的制造工艺和过程、整机厂使用元器件过程中应该注意的问题,到测试方法的优化选择、检验标准的不断补充完善、产品特性的持续改进、失效样品的微观分析等各方面,说明元器件工程师所必须具备的可靠性分析和失效分析能力,从而把工作做得更好。 This report used 8 examples to mainly Introduce the writer's many years'working experience In passive components field, components' typical failure analysis and Improvements, They were not only from components' manufacture technology and processes, to question Items which end-users should pay attention to In using, but also in test methods'preferred choice,examination standard's continuous replenish and consummation,products charecterlstlcs'durative Improvements, failed samples'micro analysis and so on aspects. Components engineers should possess such reliability analysis and failure analysis abilities as to do work better.
