A method to measure the pulse laser peak power based on the pulse stretch and peak hold functions is introduced, It can be used to measure the peak power of diode laser directly,with the characteristics of digital display, high accuracy (5 % ), large power range (1-200 W),wide pulse(〉50 ns) width and output port of waveform monitor.
