农村公共品供给与农民增收研究综述

The Discussion on the Countryside Public Supplies and the Farmer's Income Increase

从国内外研究现状入手,对农村公共品供给与农民增收研究进行了全面综述。国内研究包括有:对农村公共品供给制度变迁的解释;农村公共品供给现状与问题;农村公共品供给机制改革思路及对策。农村公共品供给与农民增收相关问题研究则主要综述了农村公共品与税费改革;农村公共品与农民负担的相关性;农村公共品与农民收入和消费的关系;农村公共品与农村贫困地区增长的研究。

Starting from the study on domestic and foreign situation, this paper summarizes the countryside public supplies and farmer＇ s income increase. The domestic researches include： the explanation of countryside public supplies system vicissitude; present situation and problems of countryside public supplies; mechanism reform and countermeasure of countryside public supplies. For the country, side public supplies and farmer＇ s income increase, this author made study on the reform of the countryside public supplies and taxation, the correlation between countryside public supplies and farmer＇ s burden, the relationship between countryside public supplies and farmer＇ s income and consumption, and the relationship between countryside public supplies and countryside poverty and economic growth.
