摘要
以十二烷二胺(DADD)为模板剂,通过优化反应体系和合成条件,制备出了一种具有高锆含量的中孔分子筛Zr-MSU-V,采用XRD,IR,BET,TG-DTA,UV-V is和TEM等手段对分子筛进行表征.考察了S i∶Zr、合成温度对分子筛结构的影响.结果表明,高锆含量的Zr-MSU-V仍能保持良好的层状结构;温度对分子筛中孔结构的形成具有显著的影响.
Using ZrOCl2 · 8H2O as precursor and 1,2-diaminododecane (DADD) as template, a new type of high zirconium-embedded mesoporous MSU-V materials(Zr-MSU-V) was synthesized and characterized by XRD, IR, BET, TG-DTA, UV-Vis and TEM. Both synthesis conditions and systematic composition of Zr-MSU-V were optimized. The effect of the molar ratio of Si to Zr, synthesis temperature was investigated. The results revealed that synthesized Zr-MSU-V still retains good lamellar structures even when the molar ratio of Si to Zr is up to 5, The mesoporous structure was affected significantly by synthesis temperature, which was found to be 323K.
