摘要
介绍三相异步电动机起动时,通常按照一定的时序接通或关断2到3台接触器来实现电动机的起动。控制时序是确保电动机可靠起动的关键因素,而延时模块是实现控制时序核心部件之一。针对当前延时模块中所存在的不足,现设计了一种新型低成本、高精度、高可靠性的电子式延时模块并将其应用于异步电动机的起动中,取得了良好的效果。
When start up a 3-phase asynchronous motor, it is generally realized by energizing or de-energizing 2 to 3 contactors in a certain time order. Time order control is a key fctor to guarantee reliable start-up a motor whereas a time delay module is one of core components for realization of pre-set time order. Since there is insufficient point in current time delay modules, a new type of electronic time delay module with low cost, hign acuracy and high reliability is developed. It is applied in startup motors and gains good result.
