列车调度指挥系统基层网的维护管理

铁路列车调度指挥系统简称TDCS。其基层网的维护是TDCS系统维护的基础。为建立合理的TDCS基层网维护管理体系,保证列车运行透明指挥、实时调整、集中控制,提出改进基层网运行环境,加强站机基本维护;规范调试作业程序,提高现场调试质量;加强网络传输设备维护,保证数据传输通畅;优化基层网维护细节管理;完善维护人员技术培训和考核制度等设想。

The maintenance of the base level network of train dispatch command system, for short, TDCS, is the foundation of the maintenance of the system. To establish complete and rational maintenance and management of the base level network of TDCS to ensure transparent command, real-time adjustments, and centralized dispatching, this paper suggested improvement on the base level network operating environment to strengthen basic maintenance of station terminals, standardization of operating procedures for testing and debugging work to improve the debug quality, strengthening of maintenance of network transmission equipment to ensure smooth data transmission, optimization of details management in base level network maintenance for better training and assessment system for maintenance staff.
