上海市中心城区社区卫生服务中心中医药服务现状调查——附中心城区社区卫生服务中心一日门诊分析

Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine Service in 11 Downtown Community Health Service Centers

目的了解中心城区社区卫生服务中心中医药资源配置与中医药服务功能在社区的开展情况。方法采取结构式问卷调查的方法,调查中心城区11所中心中医药资源配置与服务开展情况。结果常用的中医药设备配置比较齐全,中医药服务在社区“六位一体”功能开展中有一定运用,以中医特色的医疗和康复为主。结论需进一步加大中医药适宜技术在社区“六位一体”功能中的运用。

Objective To know the allocation and utilization of the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） resource in 11 downtown community health service centers. Methods Structured questionnaires were applied to investigate the conditions of resource allocation and functional service of TCM. Results The common equipment for TCM was relatively complete. The resource and technique of TCM were mainly used in the medical treatment and rehabilitation. Conclusion The usage of appropriate TCM techniques in community health service centers needs to be further developed.
